« At ten minutes by boat or by car from SAINT-TROPEZ, PORT-GRIMAUD is a
unique architectural achievement
which guarantees an original and exotic holiday.

Known as the Provencal Venice, this lucustrian town was biult by the sailor-architect,
François Spoerry (1912-1999) in the 1960's. Whatever
the season, you will be enchanted by its eleven kms of canals and the glowing
colours of its houses,
each one different.

La ‘’Maison de Pêcheur’’(‘’fisherman's house’’) that we are putting at your disposal,
boasts a rare and priviledged position opposite the beach.
It offers a private quayside equipped with a landing stage and a buoy, for a boat of
up to 12 metres,
and a large water-level terrace.

On each floor, there are two bedrooms, one double, one twin, w.c. and shower room.
The house is ideal for two couples.
Renovated in 2004, it is furnished in Provencal style
and decorated in charmingly old-fashioned 'weathered' colours.
At the same time, the safety arrangements correspond to all the required
(childrens' protection barriers over the canal, stair gates, etc.).

The house, very near on the beach (!) is as pleasant in July or August as in mid or
low season.
The gas heating and double glazed windows make it cosy for a sunny winter or a
shorter vacation
on the Côte-d'Azur whenever you fancy it.

It is fully equipped
(dish-washer, washing machine, micro-wave, 16/9ème. television, Acces
InterNET Wi—Fi, etc.).
On the canal side, there is a West-facing terrace with teak garden furniture
(sun from midday to eight o'clock)

where you can take your meals. To get to the beach on the East-facing garden side
(sun from eight in the morning till midday),

you have only to cross the little alley way - perfect safety for your children,
no cars !
Private guarded parking space. »
